I'm in my 50's, 5' 6" tall and 195 pds.
I'm thick and large shouldered, but not much fat and have a nearly flat stomach!
The Good: I bought a few after more trying the first one. Decent quality. Good comfort and fit without bagginess. I'd size up from your usual, especially if you have a large chest and shoulders. I'm surely not thin but I'll suggest the slim fit over the standard to avoid bagginess arounf the waist. (I tried both for you!)
The So-So: The fabric is of modest quality for the price.
The Bad: Like most clothes for short guys it's overpriced even after discounts. I've purchased major brands for much less.

Love the length. I’ve work XL shirts to accommodate my shoulders and chest, but the length is always too long. This fits great. My only complaint is it’s a little tight on the bicep- but def manageable. I bought this shirt and then immediately three more shirts from here.
