How long should an untucked button-down shirt be?

An untucked button-down shirt should be long enough to cover your waist, but not too long where it looks like a dress. You’ll want a shirt length that is slightly shorter than a dress shirt but isn’t too short. The bottom of your casual shirt should fall somewhere in the middle of your fly. The sleeves should end up at your wrists and not stack. If you unbutton your shirt cuffs, they should still end around where your wrist meets your hand.
