Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery of your order to exchange or return any clothes. Need an extension for a gift? Just email us at support@ashanderie.com if you need more time for gifts, holidays, or any other reason. We’re happy to accommodate when we can!

We encourage you to try on all of your clothes, but we cannot accept returns that are damaged in any way or those that show clear signs of wash or wear, which can include but are not limited to odors, deodorant, detergent scents, hair, or stains. Returns received in a used condition will be rejected and mailed back to you. If you requested an exchange and we do not accept the return, you will be invoiced to cover the total costs of the original item and the exchanged item we sent you.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within one week of delivery and include a photo of the affected area/defective item. Email us at support@ashanderie.com, and we will work with you to get a refund, replacement, or alternative resolution.

Please keep the original box or mailer the package was delivered in for returns. Reusing this can help reduce waste and make packing easier and cheaper for you. If you do not have the original packaging, please use another box or mailer that safely protects any items that are sent back.

For US customers, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and packing slip to attach and include in your return package. If possible, please DO NOT combine returns, as this can delay returns processing at our warehouse.

At this time, we are not able to provide prepaid shipping labels for international customers. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, exchange shipping, and any duties or fees associated with their order. These costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it can take our returns team up to 10 days to inspect and process your items. When completed, you will receive an email from our team and any refunds will be processed on your original payment method(s). For returns for store credit, we will issue that credit via email and the credit will expire 1 year after issuance. If you used a gift card on your order and opted for a refund, the gift card will be refunded first. No refunds are offered on shipping charges.

For domestic exchanges, new items are sent out immediately after your exchange is submitted. Exchange orders ship within 1-2 business days and are sent with free 4-9 business day shipping.

For international exchanges, please send us tracking for your return package, and once your return is received, we will send you the shipping invoice for that exchange order. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship your exchange order.
