Recently purchased 3 pair of washed stretch chinos. Tried on 1 pair, then washed all 3, and we left on a 4 week vacation. Unfortunately the inseam on one pair was an inch too short. Contrary to the A&E published product return policy, A&E cooperatively replaced the defective pair (even though washed, and with labels removed). Wonderful customer support staff.
