I bought the same pants in navy before I bought these. I love them. The grey version isn’t quite the same. They’re not as warm and aren’t made to the same specs as the navy version. The grey runs larger all around. If I didn’t already own the navy ones I probably would have given 5 stars.

Nice and warm for cold winter weather! Soft and very tasteful plaid pattern on the flannel lining.

These flannel lined chinos are a rare find, especially in small sizes. They are just what you want — legit chino material (not some kind of shiny polyester “performance” pants that some other manufacturers sell), nice flannel lining, quality construction, modern slim-ish cut, right amount of rise for shorter men. I’ve only worn/washed them once so far so I can’t comment on how well they’ll do long term, but the one time was a success both in the wearing and the washing. One fit note is that IMO the waist runs a little large, so I bought a second pair one size smaller. These are quite warm and are a bit on the warm side in some indoor rooms, but I rely heavily on flannel lined pants as at age 64, I tend to run cold during our Colorado autumn and winter. I’ll be wearing these a lot.

Great to find trousers that fit like a glove.

On the average cold winter day I can get by with these pants alone. On the sub zero days, long johns are necessary, but those days are rare. These are my winter go-to pants. I wish there were more colors.
