Straight Fit Chino

The Straight Fit Washed Stretch Chino in Birch color is exactly what I was looking for. Not too loose and not a tight slim fit. They have a nice amount of room everywhere and are easy to move around in. I love the Birch color also and I hope they don't discontinue it. The cotton material is incredibly soft and comfortable and has just the right amount of stretch. The price is kinda high but the quality is worth it. The soft cotton material, the fit, the stitching, the button and zipper, are all better than what I've found anywhere else. I'm 5'4" and the website suggested a 26" length. The 26" length was too short for my liking, and found the 27" or 28” is perfect for me. They were out of the 27” in Birch so I went with the 28”. And the length listed is exactly the length they are. I used a fabric tape measure to check the length and they are spot on. I like them so much I bought one in each color.

These are nice-fitting straight fit chinos, however, they run large, as my waist is an actual 34 but their size 30 (snug but not too tight) or 31 fit me best. I love that they added a new "birch" color" but in NO way does the color in their online pics (slightly reddish brown) resemble what I received, which I now realize is similar in color to their "washed stretch chino" birch color, which is a slimmer fit of a different line of their chinos. Regardless, I kept it anyway, since it was a color that I did not have in my wardrobe. I wish they WOULD offer a reddish-brown color, as pictured in their ad, so maybe there's hope.
