Absolute staple shirt
5'2-3", about 165lbs. Size: L
I've been wanting a black, sturdy overshirt for some time. This has a nice look, is heavy duty without looking bulky or boxy. I just really like how it looks. I wore it on a cold day and it kept me warm all day. Because of the material, I did have to layer with a long sleeve T-shirt. Otherwise, it could get a little itchy. Which is expected with wool. Some folks might not mind. But I don't think I could go a day with just a short sleeve T-shirt underneath.
Note that it will need some time to breathe out of the package. It's dry clean only, so it has a sweet smell when you first open it. I gave it a few days before wearing.

Needed to size up from L to XL and usually wear an L in all things A&E. All I can say is the shirt is the perfect fit and very handsome. A&E picked out the most beautiful color and the fabric is high quality. Lots and lots of compliments from others.

Perfect Balance of Style, Comfort, and Warmth
Perfect is the right word for this piece. It’s incredibly versatile—you can dress it up or down without it ever looking out of place. I’ve worn it casually and in more polished settings, and it works equally well in both.
It’s also much warmer than it looks, which makes it especially useful in colder weather without feeling bulky or heavy. The fit and feel strike a great balance between comfort and structure.
My only ask: more color and pattern options. The design clearly works, and having additional choices would make it even better.
