Email and Ecommerce Marketing Manager

We’re Ash & Erie, the first major brand for shorter men. We’re a small team dedicated to helping men 5’8” and below look and feel their best. It goes beyond shirts, pants, patterns, and even fit. It’s the feeling of confidence knowing that there’s an entire brand that believes your height is perfect.

We’re looking for someone who is excited to help scale Ash & Erie through unique advertising, content creation, and more. This person will have real responsibility and own key parts of our marketing efforts from day one. Additionally, they’ll be excited about touching all aspects of marketing at a fast-growing ecommerce company. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop strategy and all content for email and SMS marketing, including daily emails, automated email flows, creating all email and SMS assets, and maintaining weekly reporting. 
• Manage the Ash & Erie Shopify website, including creating and updating product and collection pages on an ongoing basis, as well as updating the website for sales, restocks, and more. 
• Provide copywriting and visual updates to website and product pages.
• Manage all retention marketing including direct mailers and any new bottom of funnel channels we pursue.
• Source, negotiate, and manage paid influencer relationships, including logistics and reporting.

THIS MIGHT DESCRIBE YOU:

• 2 - 5 years of experience with a digitally native consumer brand, ideally in apparel
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
• Experience creating and managing emails and SMS
• Great attention to details and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills
• Organized and motivated, thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Shopify preferred
